Bill of Materials extension cord mislabeled

Under the Voltage Control section, the AC extension cable is listed as being 1 foot, or 0.30 meters. This is incorrect, and should read 6 feet/1.82 meters. The link is correct, it's just the description text that is wrong. Unfortunately, this lead me to purchase the described product instead of the linked product.

Reading the list of materials for the 120VAC control module, it says the following:

vii. 6 foot, 3­prong extension cable 

After I wrote this, I noticed the first instruction is:

Create shortened AC connector (10” total length, male). 

So now I'm thinking the original intention was to use the remainder for wiring, then that was reconsidered? Not really sure.
