Pika Failover Cluster

Hey there,
I'm looking for an architecture to have 2-3 total nodes (master-slave) with master failover in a way sentinel-redis does it. I want to know whether or not this topology is supported by Pika. If so, please provide me the name of the available methods. What I'm looking for has to be done in short notice therefor I'm asking here instead of doing the research, sorry if the question seems somewhat shallow. Thanks for your time.
