Prerequisites

  • I read the Deployment and Setup section of the OpenCTI documentation as well as the Troubleshooting page and didn't find anything relevant to my problem.
  • I went through old GitHub issues and couldn't find anything relevant
  • I googled the issue and didn't find anything relevant

Description

Hello,
I am using OpenCTI locally under an Enterprise Edition license to conduct research and testing. I was testing connecting the AI Service to a custom local chatbot endpoint in order to make use of the Ask AI button. However despite setting up the config to reference a MistralAI LLM running on a local ECE VM in accordance with the config settings (https://docs.opencti.io/latest/deployment/configuration/#ai-service) I keep on receiving the below error. Could you please let me know where to access on premises deployment instructions for deploying a custom AI service?
Thanks for your time.

Environment

  1. OS (where OpenCTI server runs): macOS Sonoma
  2. OpenCTI version: OpenCTI 6.3.0
  3. OpenCTI client: frontend

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

  1. Populate .env with settings for MistralAI LLM
  2. Select Report or other object in OpenCTI
  3. Press the Ask AI button.
