The README and CONTRIBUTE files document the LLVM ecosystem and can confuse a person who is focused on OpenCilk.

I wasn't sure if I should file this as a "website issue," but I decided to try putting it here and assigning it to myself. Please let me know if it would be better filed somewhere else.

Thanks @neboat for the recent updates. I am excited to see OpenCilk get its own README. It looks like there is also a lot of good material for https://opencilk.org being generated. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
