Counts of public datasets used in the internal catalogue instead of counts of private ones #190

When I go to the internal catalogue (/internalcatalog/dataset or /internalcatalog/organization) the counts of public datasets are shown instead of the counts of private ones. I find this confusing and I think that if a user is logged in the internal catalogue, counts of all datasets, including both public and private, should be shown. What is the expected behaviour here?

Context: I'm using ODN 1.1.0.
