We should write this up as well as a very simple process that is on our Discourse.

Perhaps should have:

how it is presented - Discord for discussion and then Discourse where it includes budget amounts
what requirements are needed on the side of the recipient
- should they be a legal entity or is this recommended but not required?
- any documentation requirements (i.e. receipts?) - maybe screenshots
