Original request on #751

Navigation UP and DOWN the taxonomic tree needs to be enabled. This is a simple BACK and FORWARD option at the bottom of each topic page which is linked via the tree to navigate through the taxonomy so that readers are able to read things in order rather than randomly as they currently are.
