Feature request: Allow users to drag and drop alias files into OpenEmu

This would allow people to have games in another location on the computer. This is useful for people who store their games on iCloud (or other services) to save space on their computer. It would also allow people to only have one copy of each game on their computer, if they store their library in a different location (other emulators and ease of access).
