Dear All,
In the output parameters of Hydrodyn, there are only parameters about Wave Elevations, and I would like to know if there are some more data that can be output? For example, wave speed, wave acceleration and so on, that is, data related to wave motion, not wave force and so on?

Dear @HANloading,

Yes, you can. See the full list of HydroDyn outputs documented here, where you can see that the wave particle velocities, accelerations, and dynamic pressures can be output at strip-theory analysis nodes and joints:
https://openfast.readthedocs.io/en/main/source/user/hydrodyn/appendix.html#appendix-c-list-of-output-channels.

If you are using SeaState within OpenFAST v4 and newer, you can also output the wave particle kinematics at other locations in the fluid domain: https://openfast.readthedocs.io/en/main/source/user/seastate/appendix.html#appendix-c-list-of-output-channels.

Best regards,

Dear @jjonkman
Is the SeaState.dat file available for IEA15MW? If so how should I proceed to use it?

Dear @HANloading,

It looks the current master branch of the IEA Wind 15-MW RWT repository is compatible with OpenFAST v3.5, but I see a pull request pending approval for upgrading the repository to OpenFAST v4.0, which will introduce a SeaState input file--see: IEAWindTask37/IEA-15-240-RWT#246.

Best regards,
