Docs on filePaths and Github sync #539

Now that project.yaml supports referencing different file paths (see docs), tell me how this affects the Github sync!

Some questions that come to mind:

  1. Any considerations if a user wants to sync App --> Github, or Github --> App? (See existing docs on Github sync.).
  2. What happens if a job file is deleted? Edited? Removed?
  3. What happens if a new workflow is added on app (but not on Github)?
