Add some function that plays a .mp4 file to cpp.

This would allow us to add custom prerendered cutscenes etc.

I have no idea how larger of a cpp undertaking this would be but I find it hard to believe that there isn't some library/example out there somewhere that is capable of playing back standard video formats.
