Description

Timeseries outputs undergo introspection but the setup could use a refactor.

We should be determining timeseries sources during introspection.
Glob handling can probably be made significantly cleaner.

Timeseries outputs probably should have their own options dictionary class akin to other variables and constraints in dymos.
