MyGUIEngine.pdb isn't added to symbol zip or symbol server. The DLL embeds an ID for it (e.g. 5D5346BB4E9F4A1A8BF257A6A5F668281), suggesting it existed during linking, which means it's likely this is a bug in the vcpkg port or upstream MyGUI CMake. I don't remember off the top of my head whether MyGUI was a dependency I used to build manually or Ananace used to build manually, but either way, we'd have copied the PDBs into our archives even if they weren't installed by default.

microsoft/vcpkg#41800 fixes this upstream.
