Task

The current "Allowable Increase Percentage" uses 0.5%, which is the BoLS reported change of the consumer price index "since last year;" There is another figure of 0.7% change "in last two months" (as of April 2021). Need to get more clarity on what these figures represent, which should be the reference for the calculator function, and how to manage the AIP update.

Use "CPI" as the term for this rather than "AIP" (CPI seems more widely used)?
