What?

Refactor dataset interface and code.

Why?

Improve the lists of datasets and how data is handled in the
/datasets pages. It is not working that well right now as we have a
few issues with react-query and organizing the data in this screen.
Improve typing throughout. Also, the icons need some revision.

Breakdown

  • Review choice of icons
  • Review presentation of lists
  • Search box interface
  • Introduce sorting
  • Create a listed view of datasets
  • Review types
  • Refactor data fetching
