Update Object 10494 and 10495 with additional resource

Hello everyone,

We would like to add the optional resource ‘Sampling day(s) of the week’ and ‘Upload day(s) of the week’ to the two objects in order to handle intervals >24h.
Could you provide a branch for this?

@walzsi please indicate if the new resources: ‘Sampling day(s) of the week’ and ‘Upload day(s) of the week’ will be mandatory or optional. The reason is that the Object Version may be 1.1 if optional or 2.0 if mandatory. See TS LwM2M Specification: Object Versioning
