Description
After developed the #6332 and #6154 issues, we need to develop some improvement about the restricted attributes.

Disabled the edit name button on the Info tab if the name it's a restricted attribute in VM, VM templates, Images and Vnets.
Add some tests to cover the restricted attributes on VM, like the ones that are already developed in VM templates. Also, remember to check the different tabs of a VM.
Improve the existing tests to check the name in the Info tab

Use case
A user that not belongs to the oneadmin group cannot modify the restricted attributes of an item.

Interface Changes
Disabled the update option on the fields that are restricted attributes.
