Description

There is a need for paralegals to come together to gain and share essential knowledge. So a network of such sorts will help the paralegals to identify each other and use the knowledge sources present in it. The paralegals can also ask questions regarding some issues which can be answered by any paralegal in the community network.

Goal

To create a network of paralegals (e.g., WhatsApp chatbot) to gain and share paralegal knowledge.

Expected Outcome

• Create a community network (e.g., WhatsApp chatbot) where paralegals can ask questions from the knowledge base and refer the question to other experienced, domain-specific paralegals to get correct refined answers.
• The network should be easily accessible to the paralegals in common Indian languages.

Acceptance Criteria

The provided chatbot flow for WhatsApp should be used for the paralegals to use.

Implementation Details

• Experiment with different community platforms (the network need not necessarily be a WhatsApp chatbot; it can be a Reddit community, Discord channels, etc.) that can fit this use case.
• For WhatsApp chatbot development, use the existing JB Manager code to create a chatbot that allows paralegals to ask and answer questions based on their domain.
• The sample knowledge base can be taken from here: Paralegal Network KB.
• A sample paralegal data can be used by following the format provided in the mockup presentation link given below.
