Open Source Malaria Logo and Poster

The Open Source Malaria logo is available here alongside a poster that you can use in your lab/office window if you'd like to help spread the word, and/or say that you're contributing. Licence is CC-BY-4.0, so feel free to use to promote. (This stuff is also on the wiki, so this issue can be closed eventually if there are no further additions).

(Weirdly on Github the OSM blue looks a bit green - the specific colours are listed in the logo guidelines document)
