This PR adds a button to allow users to choose CPS as input data source. The button looks like the follow:
The added button behaves very similar to current "Start Year" button: once a different data source were selected, all input fields will get reloaded with a pop-up warning:
I'm experiencing some backend compatibility/dependency concerns on my local environment, so wasn't able to fully test backend of this PR. Based on the conversations here however, backend portion works fine as well.
