Update logger to export error log and verbose methods and add an option to enable verbose loggind

also is there an existing option, or perhaps add to the request, to forward logs to an external syslog? both openzwave and zwave2mqtt logs.

also sorry to hijack thread, but one other question specifically around logging. is there an option anywhere to control the logging level of openzwave output? ie. debug, info, error, etc..

Syslog, use logstash or fluentd to forward it. Given the variety of options, flags etc it’s better to not bake that into the app
