Increase Network Cache Size (Feature Request)

Current OZW Admin Network cache defaults to 1000. I get an alert about increasing the NW cache when launching the console. While I can update the size under preferences (I use 3000), the setting does not persist across restarts of the HASSIO add-on.

I have also have the OZW add-on crash due to NOT increasing the cache size prior to opening the local console.

If possible, it would be helpful to have the default size increased within the HASSIO Add-on Docker container to something like 3000.
