These are new installers to accompany the release of 1.4.0.

If you're already using Path of Building, you won't need these, since it will update itself.
If you're installing for the first time, or are reinstalling, I recommend you use these versions.

As usual, the .zip is the standalone version, and the .exe is the normal installer. The normal installer requires internet access to update itself before you use it for the first time; if you need an offline install please use the standalone version.

This is the first public release of Path of Building.

The first download (the .zip) is for a standalone installation, the second (the .exe) is for a normal install.
Both versions are self-updating, so you won't need to download a new installer when a new version is released.
