Applying this plugin to existing upload in moodle

Hello,

I would like to apply your plugin to at least the upload dialog for course restauration, but even better to all upload on moodle.
Is this possible ?

If you think this is possible to add and you do not have time to implement it, I might investigate on how to add this option to your plugin and propose a PR if I find a not too difficult solution.
