Remove the requirement to modify upstream schema

Is there a specific reason why arguments are passed through comment fields? I need to convert an entire directory tree if upstream schemas and adding arguments to the schemas themselves feels cumbersome. Maybe SchemaScript could have an option for converting all schemas without the need to tag each one.
