Azure deployment errors

hey guys i am trying to deploy GOAD on azure, i have problems with "srv02" and "dc03"

i am on central canada region
i have tried to update the version of windows multiple times and also used "latest" value
but with no change always the same problem
so anyone can provide me with help i'll be so thankful
and thanks in advance

[Update] i deleted the instance , re install another one with "latest" for the version and it worked
