1.8.3 Seo liquid template being unpredictable

Good Afternoon,

I'm working on a project which involves using the liquid seo template to add Meta tags to our website. My issue is when I make a change to the seo liquid template its not always updating and behaving oddly. For instance I removed a comment causing the template to stop working. After that the template doesn't seem to update regardless of the changes I make, even if I add a simple test output, the template will no longer update to show this output. Are there any restrictions on routes, caching factors or known liquid bugs which could cause this issue?

What exactly do you mean by "liquid SEO template?" Please fill out the complete bug report template so we can better understand what the issue is.
