Getting Build Error

I have added my git repository and followed the same from CIrcleCI. I'm using the same files which are shared in this repository but getting the following error.

#!/bin/sh -eo pipefail

ERROR IN CONFIG FILE:

[#] required key [jobs] not found

Can anyone help me?
