doesn't work as it doesn't have a package for pydaqmx, so I'm pip installing into artiq-env on the servers. If we can be bothered then we could package pydaqmx and then fix the server build.

@dnadlinger what do you want to do about this? pydaqmx isn't a strict dependency since it's not required to use the wlm's interferometer as an OSA. Shall we just resolve not to fix this and close the issue?
