[Feature Request] Aditional options to limit/control capacity

Hi!
Love the mod, using it in neotech by ftb.

I would love if you had a flint upgrade to made the limited barrel have the capacity of 1 stack. This would be affected by tier. So when you want to keep stock it is easier to define.

Also I know this can be obtained with barrels and memory slots.
In that regard I wold love to be able to let the barrels show amount as well as item. And also to lock a slot with nothing in it. (I can put for instance cobble in slots, but then AE would see those spots as storage for cobble).

I have a plan to add Stack downgrade (or potentially more than 1) that will allow reducing amount of items that can fit in slots.

As for showing items and fill levels that's what limited barrels do today, with regular ones you can have them show the items at least but I consider that part taken care of.
