Here is a list of issues the Dev team acknowledge as known, and currently unresolved:

1. Check to make sure the site is supported

2. Check your search term
   Listed next to each supported site is a search method. Check the Manual Search Document for more info. If you are still having issues with matching and/or scraping metadata...
3. Check the Issue Tracker for any other instances of your problem
   If your issue is unrelated to issues other users are experiencing, or you are unsure if it is...
4. Create a New Issue
   Be sure to include:
   1. Site Name / Web Address
   2. File Name / Search Term
   3. Log File, usually located at
      %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\Logs\PMS Plugin Logs\com.plexapp.agents.phoenixadult.txt
      (For other OSes refer to plex support for assistance in finding the log directory)
