In Eclipse Mars.1, =all= options under "PHP Tools" are grayed-out #10

After just-installing on "Version: Mars.1 Release (4.5.1) Build id: 20150924-1200," I find that when I select a PHP file in the Project Navigator view, then right-click on "PHP Tools," all options are grayed-out. (On my box, these options are: "PHP Depend," "PHP Copy/Paste Detector," and "PHP CodeSniffer.") I can't attempt to run any of them.

(I -did- go to the "configuration" menu and select things like the PHP executable, library, and so forth, for all of the tools, as described in the "PHP_CodeSniffer-Configuration" wiki-page. I also did a "pear install PHP_CodeSniffer," whether I actually needed to or not.)

Of only interest to me is CodeSniffer, and Eclipse says that I have these things installed:

  • Pear Library 1.2.2
  • PHP CodeSniffer 1.3.0
  • DLTK 5.4.0
  • PDT Extensions 0.22.1

When looking at "PDT Extensions stable - http://p2-dev.pdt-extensions.org/" in the Install New Software window, I don't notice anything "missing ..."

When I look at "PDT Extensions stable - http://p2-dev.pdt-extensions.org/" it says that everything is installed.

But ... nothing seems to be accessible, and I have no idea why.
