Make this project better findable

Currently this project is hard to find with a search engine. When I search the following queries in Google, this project does not show up on the first page:

c# check API changes
c# api backwards compatibility tool
c# verify compatibility of a public APIs

It would probably be good to update the project documentation to have some of these keywords in. It would also be nice to add some referrals to existing stackoverflow topics;
