To Do:

~~CF codes appear to work, but calls don't get forwarded.~~ user error, it works
~~toggle breaks if destination is not defined first~~ fixed in 0.0.3
~~need to add dependencies, Asterisk 1.8/Freepbx 1.9~~ added in 0.0.3
~~need to check if these codes work without callforward module installed~~
~~add github check for new version~~ added 0.0.3
~~if pcf destination is changed while pcf toggle is enabled, the cf number is not updated~~ fixed 0.0.3

perhaps determine better default feature codes
