dmd-ext 2.3.0 fails to work with zeDMD 4.1.0 (preliminary build) with latest libzedmd

My conclusion is that there is an issue in libzedmd.

This issue could be resolved by updating to the latest Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime packages (reinstalled all what's available from Microsoft). This issue can be closed or this could be added to the documentation or FAQs.
