Bug Report

Describe the problem
There are aspects of the MPI implementation within FLiT that is not documented. Things such as how to return the value from the test when the number of processes is greater than one.

Suggested Fix
Update the documentation with how FLiT works and why.

Alternative approaches:
None that I can think of.
