总共有两个问题：
1.该命令的--image_dir位置不对，应该是ppstructure/docs/recovery/UnrealText.pdf,
2.使用了这个命令之后，结果显示

什么环境，什么paddle版本，paddleocr版本

看了下应该是目录结构调整的时候，忽略了该说明文档中的路径调整，方便提个pr嘛？麻烦在pr中链接下该问题。
