mmoe模型配置缺少auc_num导致AUC计算错误 #981

默认的auc_num是1，mmoe等多任务模型没有改成2，
在static_infer.py中，reset_auc 传参了1，
if use_auc:
reset_auc(use_fleet, auc_num)

导致计算出来的第二个任务的AUC是错的！
