Hi, I am a new contributor here. I found an issue while trying to setup the project. The "Building The Provider" README section seems outdated because this repo does not live under terraform-providers anymore. Also, we can probably just go get this repo instead of going through the process of cloning it.

I can update the procedure once I finish setting up everything.

Looks like the instructions to build the project work, even though this repo does not live under terraform-providers anymore. Even when I go get github.com/PagerDuty/terraform-provider-pagerduty it still installs under both PagerDuty and terraform-providers directories.

I can still update some of the README.
