Before starting to install and use MineMeld, there is one thing you should know: there are 2 ways of installing it. Same features, same functionalities, but slightly different results:

Once you are done with the installation, you can proceed to use MineMeld.

From Palo Alto Networks loader

This is the easiest way to install MineMeld by far. Palo Alto Networks provides a loader to install MineMeld on an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS cloud image. If you prefer working on AWS or Azure, Palo Alto Networks also provides Cloudformation and ARM links to spin up your MineMeld instance under your AWS or Azure account. The resulting installations also supports automatic updates of MineMeld packages via a Palo Alto Networks managed infrastructure.

From Source Code

If you prefer to install MineMeld from source code you can use the Ansible playbook available here:
