Description

Add to the existing CI following features:

  • PR CI:
    • create a preview PR to pan.dev if any documentation get's updated
    • close that preview PR when that PR get's closed or merged (new hook?)
  • Release CI:
    • create a PR to pan.dev when:
      • a release is made
      • there are changes to documentation

The changes part can be probably handled by Peter Evans' PR action.
