In general it is best practice to have continuous integration running on open source repositories to reduce cost of reviewing submissions.
I'd suggest that we start by just ensuring that the project builds for each submitted PR. CircleCI seems to be a good platform to start working with for this.
An open question that would need to be addressed before working on this issue would be discussion with Pandora's legal department about the corporate-level relationship between this OSS code and CircleCI's platform. Perhaps @gtcompscientist can start this conversation and provide a go/no-go signal here?
