Running Docker and rails_site with VPN will not work

Totally fine, just disable the VPN, but documenting it here. Maybe should open an issue on docker's repo as well?

Basically, running Private Internet Access VPN service with docker's setup will stop the Docker Application Container Engine due to network restrictions.

So...don't use the Docker site with a VPN. Got my solution here and through github issues. They guy in the thread said "Is there anything unusual about your system?" and thankfully I didn't miss it.
