Reactivate Spark?

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I know that Spark was disabled because it wasn't compatible with Folia. Since then, lucko has created a repo here: https://github.com/lucko/spark-extra-platforms which enables support for Folia. So I was wondering if it could be re-implemented?

I think we can use this repo, but I don't get the impression that it has been published, so that might still prevent re-implementing it.

Alternatively, wait for him to merge it into the main repository.
