KDE6 Menu icons not consistent #3892

  • Distribution (version): Arch Linux KDE 6.2.5
  • Desktop environment: KDE
  • Installing method: Pacman

Some icons representing categories (Graphics, Internet, Office etc.) are not consistent. Some are in color, as shown on the picture:

  • What is expected: All images should be consistently in B&W

Hello @maboleth, I had the same issue on KDE Neon (based on Ubuntu 24.04).
I solved it by using the script to install the icons (as described in issue #3862). You might try that too and see if the problem is solved.

Thanks, but not sure why was that issue closed/completed? Because obviously it's not fixed.

I'm using latest KDE and it's 'factory-settings' like, as Arch doesn't change anything in the reps. It's like devs intended. Meaning, it should work out of the box.
