Hi. Is it possible to use this module to rewrite urls into language specific urls?

Example of structure similar to what I need to do:
http://myoldsite.no/page1 -> http://mynewsite.com/nb-NO/page1
http://myoldsite.dk/page1 -> http://mynewsite.com/da-DK/page1
http://myoldsite.com/page1 -> http://mynewsite.com/en/page1
