Your work: have the drawer open by default

Issue - Enhancement

Now that we are exploring a single-column layout, and with the recent launch of Your Work, it's a good opportunity for us to test if we can increase feature awareness and engagement by having the Your Work drawer open by default.

The toggle should still be available in case the user has a different preference.

Acceptance Criteria

• The Your Work drawer appears open by default when a user opens a standup.
• Bonus points:
  • If the user has already submitted their response, the drawer appears collapsed instead. This way it doesnt get in the way of reading and interacting with teammates' responses.
