Implement switching templates during a retro

• After selecting a template in the right drawer, the retro template in the meeting is updated

Capture the following events:

• Click on options
• Click on change template
• Select template (including template name)
• Template name of final selection (might have to get this by looking at the template name at the end of the meeting?)

Reopening as we'll want to implement this as part of recurring retros. We don't want users to have the same retro template each time.

Oooooh, that was the impetus behind this. I didn't quick get why this was a priority, but it makes sense context that when we support recurring retros, the consequence is we need to give folks a way to change templates
