Issue - Bug

It's difficult to create a custom template, because the main view is behind the sidebar:

Work around: resizing the window until the sidebar disappears, then re-expanding the window seems to fix the breakpoints, and the interface wraps as it should.

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

Users can:

• Utilize the main view, without the sidebar getting in the way
  Triage is performed to find the root cause of the bug, timeboxed to ~1 hour.

Estimated effort: 1 hour to triage. More if root cause is already identified.
