Issue - Enhancement

Let's get Invoice migrated to pg. It's a single shot.

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

  • Existing data migrated from rethink to pg
  • All future table operations interact with pg, not rethinkdb

Estimated effort: 8 points (see CONTRIBUTING.md)
